The Reseller program is available for HP 3D Printing Engineering Design Specialists only. The program enables the eligible reseller to perform a trade-in on behalf of a customer.

A pre-registration of the reseller is required before first use of the program.

Executing a Trade-in / How the Program Works

  1. You need to be a registered reseller to execute a trade-in.
  2. Make sure you have all required information ready.
  3. Login and register one or more products for the Trade-in.
  4. Select the new product sold.
  5. Enter details for new and old product.
  6. Enter details for the customer.
  7. Upload required documents.
  8. Accept the offer and Terms & Conditions.
  9. You will get a claim ID and more information on the next steps.
  10. Your claim will be validated and you will be contacted by the HP service team.

What you will need

We recommend that you have all details to hand before starting:

  • Customer information
  • Details on new product sold to the customer:
    - Copy of your invoice to the customer
  • Details on the product to be returned: foto of the return printer (front/detail), serial number, brand, dimensions, weight, market price)
  • A proof that the customer has transferred the ownership of the old product to you:
    - Transfer of Ownership Document
