Important
After purchasing an eligible HP printer and registering for the HP Instant Ink service, you must complete and submit the required information via the online claim form within 30 calendar days of purchasing the printer:
- Product number and serial number of your new HP printer .
- Electronic proof of purchase in the form of an invoice from the seller, by means of a scan or file to be attached to the claim.
- Personal data
- Bank details including the IBAN where you wish to receive the refund.
- If you are requesting a refund for your printer purchase including the HP Instant Ink subscription, you must present the HP Instant Ink account number.
- If you participate as a company/public authority, you must share your tax identification number.
