A HP oferece-lhe a Garantia Comercial da HP1. Esta oferta só é válida para consumidores finais (ou seja, clientes que comprem os produtos para utilização própria). As candidaturas estão limitadas a um máximo de 50 unidades por consumidor final.

Como ativar a Garantia Comercial da HP?1

  1. Compre uma das impressoras elegíveis.
     
  2. Complete o registo no prazo de 60 dias a contas da data de compra. São necessários detalhes da impressora e a sua morada para o registo.
     
  3. No prazo de seis semanas após o registo, receberá o e-mail de confirmação do registo da Garantia Comercial da HP.

Direitos estatutários do consumidor

Se for um consumidor, os benefícios da Garantia Comercial da HP são aplicáveis adicionalmente a quaisquer direitos estatutários estabelecidos pela legislação de proteção do consumidor relativa à não conformidade do produto com o contrato comercial. Antes de iniciar o processo de registo, certifique-se de que tem à mão toda a seguinte informação:
  • Número de série do seu produto
    Como encontrar o seu número de série
    O número de série está localizado acima do código de barras que está na etiqueta, ou na parte inferior do seu produto HP. Em alguns computadores, a etiqueta está no interior do compartimento da bateria principal e é necessário remover a bateria para poder ler as informações na etiqueta.
