How to claim your bonus reward:

1. Purchase an eligible HP Product(s) from a participating HP reseller.^*
2. Complete the Claim Form online by clicking on "Claim now" button.
3. Upload the following images/documents
   
   • a photo/scan of your invoice
   • a photo/scan of cut-out serial number barcode from the HP Product package box
     (Please make sure that the serial number barcode is cut out and is shown as separated from the box. The HP Product package box must be in the background when you take the photo as shown in the sample photo below.)
     
   • a photo/scan of your ID
4. Ensure there is a VERIFIED GCash account linked to your name and mobile number
5. Claims must be submitted until 1^st March 2025. Claims received after will not qualify.
