Redemption is simple:

Purchase any eligible HP Printer and keep the receipt.
Scan and save a copy of the receipt.
Complete the online claim form, upload your receipt.

Information required to submit the online claim form:

Photo/Scanned copy of receipt
Serial Number
The serial number can be found above the barcode on the label on the back of or underside your HP product. On some computers, the label is inside the main battery compartment and you must remove the battery to read the label. Wrong Serial Number delays claim review process until correct Serial Number is received. Common errors are mistaking "8" for "B", "O" for "0" and "I" for "1".
