HP offers you a HP Commercial Warranty1. This offer is only valid for end user customers (i.e. customers purchasing products for their own use). Applications are limited to a maximum of 50 units per end user customer.

How to claim your HP Commercial Warranty?1

  1. Purchase one of the eligible printers.
     
  2. Please complete registration within 60 days after the date of purchase. Details about your printer and your address data is required for registration.
     
  3. Within six weeks after registration you will receive the confirmation email of your HP Commercial Warranty registration.

If you are a consumer, the HP Commercial Warranty benefits apply in addition to any statutory rights provided under consumer protection laws related to nonconforming of goods with the contract of sales.   • Serial number of your product
    How to find your serial number
    The serial number can be found above the barcode on the label on the back of or underside your HP product. On some computers, the label is inside the main battery compartment and you must remove the battery to read the label.
