HP offers you an up to 3 years1 HP Warranty (i.e. Commercial Warranty) for HP OfficeJet and OfficeJet Pro selected printers consisting of:

  1. 1-year standard HP Warranty;
  2. 1 extra year if you activate HP+ at setup2; and
  3. 1 bonus year by registering herein.

This offer is only valid for end user customers (i.e. customers purchasing products for their own use). Registrations are limited to a maximum of 50 units per end user customer.

How to claim your 1-year bonus HP Warranty through Registration?

  1. Purchase one of the eligible printers.
     
  2. Please complete registration within 60 days after the date of purchase. Details about your printer and your address data is required for registration.
     
  3. After valid registration you will receive an email confirming the 1-year bonus HP warranty.

If you are a consumer, the HP Commercial Warranty benefits do not replace or limit any statutory rights provided under consumer protection laws related to nonconforming of goods with the contract of sales. Consequently, HP Commercial Warranty is independent, complementary to and does not affect in any way the said statutory rights. If you decide to neither activate HP+ nor register for the 1-year bonus HP commercial warranty, the HP warranty total duration will be of 1year.
