Once your claim is successfully validated you will receive your cashback by bank transfer.

Important

Before you begin the registration process, please ensure you have all the following information available:
  • Product number and serial number of your new product
    How to find your serial number
    Find your serial number (or Serial NO, S/N, or SN) on labels on your HP product /packaging or use the HP Support Assistant or HP Smart App.

  • Electronic copy of the invoice (to be uploaded during claiming process; format: .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .png; max. file size: 3 MB)
  • Personal data and bank details

Steps to claiming your reward

  • Claiming your reward takes just a few simple steps with clear guidance provided at every stage.
  • Purchase your product between 01/08/2023 and 31/01/2025 and register within 30 days.
  • Only one (1) claim can be made for each purchased HP Qualifying Product. The Promotion is limited to a maximum of five (5) HP Qualifying Products per end-user customer during the Promotional Period.
