Trading up to a new HP LaserJet could boost productivity, cut costs and reduce your impact on the environment. With this program HP will collect your old printer free of charge and recycle it for you.

HP Direct Customers are ineligible to participate in this promotion. For more information please read the HP Trade-In and Save Terms & conditions.

Purchase an eligible HP product.

Submit your request to participate within 30 days.

Prepare your return device for HP to pickup.

How does the trade-in program work?

  • First prepare all required information.
  • Select your new products and your return products.
  • You will receive an offer with the value of the return payment.
  • Enter the product details.
  • Enter your contact details.
  • Successfully uploaded invoice/proof of purchase document.
  • Read and accept the Terms & conditions.
  • Accept the offer.
  • You will receive your order number and information on the next steps.
  • After your order data have been successfully checked, your order will be approved.
  • HP will collect your old products.

Important

Before you begin the registration process, please ensure you have all the following information available:

  • Product number and serial number of your new product
    How to find your serial number
    Find your serial number (or Serial NO, S/N, or SN) on labels on your HP product /packaging or use the HP Support Assistant or HP Smart App.

  • Electronic copy of the invoice (to be uploaded during claiming process; format: .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .png; max. file size: 3 MB)
  • Details of the product(s) to be returned: manufacturer, model, measurements, weight
  • Personal data and bank details
