Claim Logistics
- We accept any old printer including inkjet or laser printers, fax machines with any brand.
- After the customer submits the data, HP will arrange for the service provider to contact the customer about verifying the documents and closing the transaction. Late registration will not be accepted.
- The customer must keep the original printer serial number barcode on the new printer box. When HP collects back old printers, you must submit the following documents in order to enjoy this offer:
- Serial Number barcode on the printer box;
- Original invoice;
- Old printer/ fax machines.
- If the customer fails to provide enough documents, the application will not be processed.
- The amount of the rebate will be sent in the form of eVoucher via email upon the old printer collection, and will be issued on the basis of the above-mentioned information provided by the customer.
- Each customer can accumulate up to 4 HP printers that meet the conditions of this promotion plan. The name, company name, address, and e-mail address shall prevail. Each collection address is limited to 4 old machines.
- Does not accept distributor or reseller register directly in this promotion.
