Claim Logistics

  1. We accept any old printer including inkjet or laser printers, fax machines with any brand.
  2. After the customer submits the data, HP will arrange for the service provider to contact the customer about verifying the documents and closing the transaction. Late registration will not be accepted.
  3. The customer must keep the original printer serial number barcode on the new printer box. When HP collects back old printers, you must submit the following documents in order to enjoy this offer:
    • Serial Number barcode on the printer box;
    • Original invoice;
    • Old printer/ fax machines.
  4. If the customer fails to provide enough documents, the application will not be processed.
  5. The amount of the rebate will be sent in the form of eVoucher via email upon the old printer collection, and will be issued on the basis of the above-mentioned information provided by the customer.
  6. Each customer can accumulate up to 4 HP printers that meet the conditions of this promotion plan. The name, company name, address, and e-mail address shall prevail. Each collection address is limited to 4 old machines.
  7. Does not accept distributor or reseller register directly in this promotion.

In order to protect the security of your data, registration is time limited (20 minutes) so we recommend that you have all details to hand before starting:

  • Serial number at the back OR inside the front cover (for M477 only) of the printer
  • Take a photo or scanned original invoice
  • Personal data

Redemption is simple:

  1. Purchase an eligible HP product/s during the promotion period and keep the original invoice.
  2. Take a photo or scanned documents and save a copy of
    • the original invoice provided by the reseller,
    • the serial number barcode located at the back OR inside the front cover (for M477 only) of the printer (if the printer has been purchased; attached photo for reference)
  3. Complete the online claim form by clicking on the “Claim Now” button. Input the HP product Serial Number.
  4. When your claim is verified and the “trade-in” machine collection is completed, the eVoucher will be delivered via email within 21 working days.
