Reseller Program: Participation Requirement
The Reseller program is available for DesignJet Specialist and DesignJet Production Specialist only. The program enables the eligible reseller to perform a trade-in on behalf of a customer.
A pre-registration of the reseller is required before first use of the program.
For the registration the following information will be required:
- Your Company and contact details
- Company Name and Address
- E-mail address (required for subsequent logon)
- Pickup Address for products to be returned
- Your Bank information
- Your HP Partner/Reseller ID (required for subsequent logon)
- Read an accept the Terms & conditions of the program

Executing a Trade-in / How the Program Works
- You need to be a registered reseller to execute a trade-in.
- Make sure you have all required information ready.
- Login and register one or more products for the Trade-in.
- Select the new product sold.
- Enter details for new and old product.
- Enter details for the customer.
- Upload required documents.
- Accept the offer.
- After your request has been checked and the order is approved you will get an order number and information on the next steps.
- You may log out or go back the beginning and register products for another customer of yours.
What you will need
In order to protect the security of your data, registration is time limited (20 minutes) so we recommend that you have all details to hand before starting:
- Customer information
- Details on new product sold to the customer:
- Copy of your invoice to the customer - Details on product to be returned
- A proof that the customer has transferred the ownership of the old product to you:
- Transfer of Ownership Document
The complete functionality of the trade-in program can only be guaranteed when no pop-up blocker is active, i.e. pop-up windows can be opened.
