How to claim your Trade-In!

Please prepare all required details.
Select your new products and your return products.
You will receive an offer with the value of the return payment.
Enter the product details.
Enter your contact details.
Upload the new product invoice document.
Read and accept the Terms & conditions.
Submit your claim and receive your claim reference number and packing instructions
After claim validation HP will collect your return products.

Before you begin the registration process, please ensure you have all the following information available:

Product number and serial number of your new product
Find your serial number (or Serial NO, S/N, or SN) on labels on your HP product /packaging or use the HP Support Assistant or HP Smart App.

Electronic copy of the invoice (to be uploaded during claiming process; format: .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .png; max. file size: 3 MB)
Details of the product(s) to be returned: manufacturer, model, measurements, weight
Personal data and bank details
