HP le ofrece una garantía comercial de HP.1 Esta oferta solo es válida para clientes finales (es decir, clientes que compran productos para su propio uso). Las aplicaciones están limitadas a un máximo de 50 unidades por usuario final.

¿Cómo reclamar su garantía comercial HP?1

  1. Compre una de las impresoras elegibles.
     
  2. Complete el registro dentro de los 60 días posteriores a la fecha de compra. Para el registro se requieren detalles sobre su impresora y su dirección postal.
     
  3. Dentro de las seis semanas posteriores al registro, usted recibirá el correo electrónico de confirmación de su registro de garantía comercial HP.

Derechos legales del consumidor

Si usted es un consumidor, los beneficios de la garantía comercial de HP se aplican además de los derechos legales previstos en las leyes de protección del consumidor relacionadas con la no conformidad de los bienes con el contrato de venta. Antes de comenzar el proceso de registro, por favor asegúrese de que tiene toda la siguiente información a mano:
  • Número de serie del producto
    Cómo localizar el número de serie
    El número de serie se encuentra encima del código de barras en la etiqueta de la parte posterior o inferior del producto HP. En algunos equipos, la etiqueta se encuentra dentro del compartimiento de la batería principal, la cual se debe retirar para leer la etiqueta.
