Before you begin the registration process, please ensure you have all the following information available:

  • Product number and serial number of your new product
    How to find your serial number
    The serial number can be found above the barcode on the label on the back of or underside your HP product. On some computers, the label is inside the main battery compartment and you must remove the battery to read the label.

    Serial Number format is: 2 letters( de,fr,cn,ca,my) following by 8 numbers. Example of format: de12345698. Please note that the same serial number cannot be used twice.
