Simply complete and submit the Trade-In Quote Request form prior to purchase of the new HP DesignJet, PageWide XL and Latex Printer (this can also be completed on your behalf by your HP Sales representative or HP Business Partner).

Your request will be reviewed by the responsible HP team and the outcome of your request will be sent to your email address within 7 working days. The Trade-In Quote will be valid for 45 days (from date of registration). Any Trade-in quote requests submitted after purchase of the new HP DesignJet, PageWide XL and Latex Printers will be deemed invalid.

How does the program work?

Prior to purchase register and see if you are eligible for a non-binding Trade-In offer via the quotation request form

Step 1. Visit the link www.hp.com.au/promotions/largeformat.
Step 2. Click on the program “REQUEST FOR YOUR TRADE-IN NOW”.
Step 3. Enter End Customer information as requested by the online request form.
Step 4. We will send you a quotation via e-mail.


To proceed with your Trade-In order

Step 5. View and accept Trade-In value and T&Cs by visiting the link in Trade-In quote offer email.
Step 6. Enter your contact details and the pick-up address for pick-up of Trade-In products.
Step 7. Provide your company’s bank information to receive the rebate.
Step 7. Upload copy of tax invoice for new purchases and submit your Trade-In order.
