How does the program work?

Step 1: Select

Select the printer model you would like to upgrade to.

Step 2: Submit

Fill up and submit the request form. Our HP Sales team will email you the quoted trade-in value of your current printer within X working days. Click the link within the email to accept the offer and provide your company's bank information.

Step 3: Save

We will contact you shortly to schedule a collection date for your trade-in printer. Submit your trade-in order and receive your cash-back!

The registration form should take about five minutes to fill. Do make sure you have these documents and information at hand before registering:

New product Information (Note the Invoice number, Serial number, Reseller Details)
Your Trade-in equipment Information (Manufacturer, Model, Measurements, Weight)
Company ABN Number
Payment details – Online Bank Transfer
Your company or business e-mail address
