HP votre fait bénéficier de la Garantie commerciale HP1. Cette offre est valable uniquement pour le client final (c'est-à-dire le client qui acquiert des produits pour son usage personnel). L'offre se limite à une demande pour un maximum de 50 unités par client final.

Comment demander votre Garantie commerciale HP ?1

  1. Achetez l'une des imprimantes éligibles.
     
  2. Veuillez effectuer votre inscription au plus tard 60 jours après la date d'achat. Les détails relatifs à votre imprimante et à votre adresse sont nécessaires pour procéder à votre inscription.
     
  3. Dans les six semaines qui suivent votre inscription, vous recevrez une confirmation par e-mail de votre inscription à la garantie commerciale HP.

 

Droits légaux du consommateur

Si vous êtes un utilisateur à titre privé, les avantages de la Garantie commerciale HP s'appliquent en supplément des autres droits légaux du consommateur liés à la non-conformité des marchandises tels que stipulés dans le contrat de vente.
