Status of Your Transactions to HP
There are currently no transactions for you in the system.
If you logged in with your HP Global Promotions User ID this list reflects all transactions that you have registered thru the HP Global Promotion Services Platform and promotions where you have registered or logged in with the same user ID. Transactions registered without an HP Global Promotions User ID cannot be reflected.
If you accessed the list using the dedicated link in the Order Confirmation email you received after your registration only the corresponding individual transaction is listed. To review all your transactions you need to
login to HP Global Promotions Registration
and select ‘Transaction Tracking’ on the top right.
It may take a few hours until new requests show-up on this page.
