The initial request for the Trade-in, which is done by the HP Partner or HP Sales for the participant, needs to be approved by the responsible HP officer. If approved, it is valid for 90 days (from the initial date on) to do the application for restitution.
Applications for restitution in the Trade-in program for the new HP device must be submitted no later than 30 days after the date of invoice.
Please note: The return payment amount stated below serves only as a guide and may be adjusted by the person responsible at HP to the value of the device or in accordance with special agreements.
