The initial request for the Trade-In, which is done by the HP Partner or HP Sales for the participant, needs to be approved by the responsible HP officer. If approved, it is valid for 90 days (from the initial date on) to do the application for restitution.
Applications for restitution in the Trade-In program for the new HP device must be submitted no later than 30 days after the date of invoice.
HP reserves the right, depending on the evaluation of the entire transaction, to reject a request for trade-in or, alternatively, to offer another trade-in, i.e. the stated buy-back values are guideline values which may vary according to the server equipment.
Only one old product can be accepted for a new product. Trade-In values can only be applied to CPU cores which are equal to or less than the CPU cores of the new server purchased.
