Content starts here 1. 3 year warranty promotion for Officejet Pro seriescustomers

1.1. You qualify if you have bought a printer from the HP Officejet Pro series listed in paragraph 1.2..

By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions and to the decisions of HP being final and binding in all respects.

1.2 Under this promotion, eligible customers who purchase one of the following Officejet Pro will receive a free Care Pack as listed below.

Applications for the 3 year Warranty extension for Officejet Pro Customers must be submitted no later than 31 days after the date of the Product purchase (date of invoice).

2. Offer requests

The claimant can obtain information and register on the web site for this promotion at the address: www.hp.com/eur/mybusiness

In order to claim this 3 year warranty extension, a customer has to provide HP with all the mandatory information requested on the website.

The participant will be also required to submit to HP through the Internet interface the serial number and product code of the eligible newly-purchased HP printing device, personal details such as name, address, postal code, e-mail.

In addition, a copy of the proof of purchase of the new HP original printing device has to be made available/sent to HP.

The following methods to provide the proof of purchase can be used:

  1. Customers can upload the proof of purchase documents at the time of registering at:

  2. Customers can send the proof of purchase documents by

If you are sending us the invoice by fax, post or email, it is mandatory that you mention the order number on the invoice.

Please send us a copy of the invoice of the printer within fourteen (14) days of your visit on the website if you haven’t downloaded it on the website. Without any presentation of this invoice within this period of time, your request will be cancelled.

3. Proof of purchase

The copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) must contain the following information:
  • name and address of the reseller,
  • product name/model of the hardware

4. Serial Number Requirement

If you do not provide the correct Serial number we will not be able to upgrade your standard warranty to 3 year warranty next business day.

5. Exclusion of combination with other HP Care Pack Services

If you have purchased already an electronic HP Care Pack and registered it, you are not able to participate in this promotion.
When you have registered in this promotion, you will not be able to purchase another HP Care Pack Services for the registered product.

7. Promotion registrations that are incomplete or that contain false statements cannot be processed.

8. HP reserves the right to alter or terminate this program at any time without reasons.

9. Upon registration, participants will provide certain personal data to HP and its agents. The data will be transferred to HP’s offices, and to its agents in Germany, to carry out this program and for marketing and quality control analysis. HP and its agents are responsible for storing, processing and transferring the participant’s personal data and by registering participants consent to this. Participants have the right to consult, and request rectification of their information as held by HP. Requests for same should be made to HP at the address indicated in 2.b above.

10. In the event of either false, erroneous claims or overpayments either submitted by the Customer or made by HP then subject to HP serving not less than days prior written notice the Customer shall repay or reimburse any such false, erroneous or overpayments and the Customer shall hold HP harmless and indemnify HP from any liability, claims, damages and tax liabilities arising in such circumstances.
