1. Subject to the remainder of these terms and conditions customers can claim cash back on HP ‘Qualifying Products’ (see full list at www.hp.com/uk/pcsavings ) purchased between 01.09.2008 and 31.10.2008. 2. This offer can not be combined or used in conjunction with any other cash back offer. 3. The promotion is open to residents of the UK only. This offer is not open to employees of Hewlett-Packard, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion. 4. The promotion is only valid for end user customers; claims where the products purchase will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible for this promotion 5. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. 6. The offer is valid only in the UK for private end users and business customers. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers or special pricing offered on the qualifying products during the timescale of this promotion. 7. The promotion is valid in respect of qualifying products purchased either directly from HP or an authorised reseller or authorised retailer of HP. 9. To take advantage of the promotion visit www.hp.com/uk/pcsavings and fill out the online claim form. The participant must scan in the original invoices and upload their proof of purchase in the form of the seller’s invoice or receipt. Proof of order or despatch will not be accepted. The seller’s invoice must clearly show the qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and the date of purchase. HP must receive the claim form within 30 days of the date of purchase. 10. The purchase of associated HP Workstation, HP Notebook and HP Desktop Accessories is optional on stand alone offers, but necessary on bundle offers. 11. In order to be eligible for the cash back offered on offers featuring accessory products, accessory products must be on the same order number and all invoices related to the sale need to be uploaded in order to qualify. Claims on Bundle offers where the associated qualifying products have not been purchased in this manner will be declined. 12. In order to be eligible for cash back on offers where a minimum spend on accessories (ex VAT) is required, customer will need to illustrate their ex VAT Spend in their invoice. 13. Customers can claim one Bluetooth headset and one 1gb Micro SD Memory accessory per qualifying iPAQ unit purchased 14. Once the claim has been received, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim form by email from pcsavings@hp.com stating whether or not the claim for cash back has been successful. It is the claimant’s responsibility to contact the promotions team using the email address above within seven days of the submission pf their claim if an email acknowledgement has not been received. 15. Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cash back will be refused. 16. Payment will be made via wire transfer to the individual or company name stated as the purchaser on the proof of purchase invoice supplied and bank details submitted only. Payment cannot be made out to individuals except where the product has been purchased for personal use and the claimant’s name and bank details appear as the purchaser on the proof of purchase invoice. 17. Allow 45 days for receipt of cash back payment from acknowledgment of your successful claim. 18. Rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient. 19. Return of the qualifying HP product to the seller following submission of the claim for the cash back will disentitle the participant to the cash back. 20. The cash back will not be granted to the participant who: a) has not purchased a qualifying HP product within the promotional period; and/or b) has not correctly completed the claim form; and/or c) has not supplied proof of purchase; and/or d) has not submitted their claim form within 30 days from the date of purchase; and/or e) failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions. 22. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The cash back will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. 23. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. 24. HP is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion. 25. HP reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents. 26. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of HP and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future HP promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution. 27.
