1. Application for the Buy & Try project - Register here
To be able to take part in the program, you must register before the purchase is made and apply for the project. After a check, you will receive confirmation from HP. This is essential for a subsequent product return. After receipt, you can buy the product and test if for approx. 90 days. From the time of registration to return, a maximum of 90 days must lapse.
2. Returning the Buy & Try product - register here
If you are not completely satisfied with your newly purchased product, you can apply to return the product within 90 calendar days following registration.
