Then we’ll give you a substantial money back payment. It doesn’t matter what make or model your old laser printer or scanner is – as long as it’s over six months old and fully operational, it’s eligible.
HP’s Trade-In and Save program also eliminates the hassle and costs associated with old technology disposal. Returned equipment is recycled rather than stored or discarded. HP has been recycling computer and printer hardware since 1987, and our state-of-the-art processes ensure that every part of your printer or scanner is reused or recycled in a way that conserves resources.
Here's how it worksTRADE-IN YOUR OLD PRODUCT(S) IN JUST 3 EASY STEPS:- Select your preferred program below and click on the link to get a quote. Select your new product(s) then select the product you’d like to trade-in.
- Complete the purchased product details and the information requested. Upload a copy of the reseller’s invoice, accept the terms and conditions, and accept the quote. You will then receive an order number, and an email confirming the next steps.
- Lastly, pack the old printer/scanner for collection or send-in in accordance with our instructions. On receipt of the returned product, HP will pay the quoted trade-in value into your bank account.
